Please try again later.You make it all sound so easy, after 5 phone calls, providing serial number 5 times, proof of purchase 5 times, some arsehat trying to make my wife feel like a 3 year old and then expecting her to take the 65 inch TV off the wall to trouble shoot we then start to get emails asking for the same information then asking if we changed the batteries. Typical bs, I wouldn't have a Westinghouse TV given for free after this.
