Will this cut a small piece of brisket? null

No it will stsll. It doesn't cut evenly. It's a over priced faulty piece of electrical equipment. I rarely have tried to return anything in my 72 years of living and after 19 days and two uses they said no way and disconnected me three times in three hours of being tranferred to many departments and put on hold. Very muserable customer service. Home zdepot treats us great. They take so quickly and with no problems no insults the two times in 30 years that we returned anything.
