• Not at all because of the weight of the stand. When you push the TV back or forward, the TV nor the stand moves at all, except when you adjust the tilt of the TV.

• The tilt is adjustable with the use of tension knobs. The top heavy issue is moot.

• no, my 55 inch samsung fits well, and the designed side legs support the load from tilting forward.
