• It only works on 2.4 Ghz internet connection. usually a cell phone hot spot.

• Mine froze while I was playing it and unplugging and plugging it back in got it working again. There is an option in settings to perform a factory reset but you need to be able to navigate there. If it is completely non-responsive I’d recommend returning it.
