Hi Tk,this model microwave has a "touch to open" door release.Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.

There really isn’t a handle. A electronic button u hit that says open.

No handle at all. Electronic door release/ opener.

there is no handle, it is touchscreen opening.

This microwave does not have a handle. The door opens by pushing a button.
