“We set this up to vent externally through the roof, changing the panels on the top, per the manual. But when we use the microwave, all of the moist air seems to be venting from the top front left vent, back into the kitchen. Are we missing something?”

• Hi SpicyTuna, If the unit is allowing air to come in from the vents we may recommend having the installers to return to the home to make sure the appliance was installed properly. We hope this helps.
