“How does one change the charcoal filter ,the grease one is easy”

• the ans that I got was absurd I know about where it is but there is nothing in the manual about how to get at it :( :(

• page 5 of the users guide isn't detailed enuf I can take out the grease trap and then above that is a cloth covering no charcoal filter in sight

• Hello Billp49! Charcoal filter: Charcoal filters are underside of microwave oven. The charcoal filter cannot be cleaned and should be replaced about every 6 months. Please see page 5 of the Use and Care Guide. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.
