“I installed my new microwave on Tuesday and by Thursday, when I press the open button, it no longer pops open the door like it did when it was first installed. There’s nothing in the user guide about it. How do I get the door to pop open?”

Well I would think about returning it, since it’s not working like it should. Mine seems to be working well and hope it stays that way. You can open it manually on the bottom right hand corner where the door opens. The installer showed me that when they put it in. Hope that helps
