“WHY is the tone when cooking done so faint? Must put ear right up to door to hear tone. No volume control (should not need) Is there a fix?”

• The volume must be set low, check your manual to increase the sound. I think I the instructions are click on clock on the inside keypad, then keep pressing “clock” function until you reach the keypad sound option and increase it there.
