QuestionI purchased this unit a little over 2 years ago. The unit stopped working for cooking purposes, no turntable movement, no fan, no work light. But the control panel is totally functional and displays properly. Timer works. Any ideas?

QuestionDoes the blower have to be reversed to vent it out of the house? The installation manual only gave direction to attach the damper, and did not specify if the blower had to be changed.

- Answer Blower only vents one way. Air is sucked in around lights and is pushed out the back or top.

QuestionCan this be installed on a wall that is tiled? Or does it need to be installed directly on drywall? I know it needs at least one stud and finding one might be difficult with tile not sure installers can do but if so can it be installed on tile?
