QuestionConfused about filters on this model WMH31017Hz4, are there 2 different filters, GREASE & CHARCOAL? I see a previous answer of yours referring to both. Are they located in 2 different places or on top of each other? what are the part numbers. Explain.

- Answer Hello MrsKu, Grease filters are on the underside of microwave oven. Clean monthly. The charcoal filter is behind the vent grille at the top front of the microwave oven. The charcoal filter cannot be cleaned and should be replaced about every 6 months. We hope this helps.

- Answer No. You have to enter 1:00 or 2:00, but it has a 30 sec express button that u hit once for 30 sec, twice for 60 seconds and so on…..you won’t have to enter the minutes.
