QuestionI currently have an MH7100XYB-0. Can I replace it with WMH31017FBK? Will the 31017 be the same depth or extend farther out in front of the 12" deep cabinet than the original microwave. What about the height? Will the 31017 extend lower over the range?

QuestionI just purchased a WMH 31017FW. How do these recirculate? There does not appear to be a front vent included for those who do not have roof or wall venting to the outside.

- Answer check if you have Gap Cover plates on either side. if you do you should be able to fit 1.7 in microwave

QuestionHow is the handle attached to the microwave? I have had trouble in the past with the plastic being damaged from the heat of the stove and then the handle part breaks off from the rest of the microwave

QuestionWe want to replace the same size microwave. Currently we have a black one and want a stainless steel. But our has a filler piece on each side that are black. Will a stainless come with those filler pieces to compensate for the lack in size?

QuestionSilly question, but is this microwave supposed to BEEP when it finishes cooking? I just got it installed and it works fine, but does not beep or make any noise at all when it finishes. Is that normal or is it broken?

- Answer Hi Superdave, thank you for your inquiry. Your cycle tones maybe turned off. Per page 3 of the Use and Care Guide press and hold the number 2 on the keypad for 3-4 seconds (1-1 thousand, 2-1 thousand, 3-1 thousand) to turn the cycle tones back on. We hope this information is helpful!

QuestionDoes the door open flush? Our cabinets leave no extra room for the door to open and we need a zero radius door hinge so the door won't hit the cabinet next to it when we open the microwave.
