- Answer Hi Judy, the Installation Instructions says that there should be 30 inches from the top of the cooktop to the bottom of the cabinet you intend to mount the unit under.

QuestionI just bought this microwave and adjusted the blower fan because I have a wall vent set up. When the microwave runs, it sounds like the exhaust fan is running. I'm dissatisfied because of how loud it is. Is there a way to fix that?

- Answer Hi, you can try cutting the power to the unit for 2 full minutes and then restore. This resets the control and will hopeful clear whatever error you are experiencing. We hope this helps!
