- Answer Hello Best Buy Customer! Whirlpool offers what is called a Microwave Side Panel Kit, part # 8171339. This Microwave Side Panel Kit can be used to fill in extra space around your over-the-range microwave. This is universal kit includes (2) filler panels, mounting hardware and installation instructions. Designed for use in 36" W openings under 12" cabinets. Note that the filler panels must be in place before you install your microwave oven. We hope this is helpful information!

QuestionMy cooktop light stopped working, went to replace bulb and it broke from the base. Tried removing and it popped. Got base out and put in new bulb but it’s still not working. Is there a fuse that could need replaced on it? Microwave works

QuestionI currently own the WHM31017FS microwave. Something wont allow the door to latch thereby not allowing the microwave to work. Is this an easy fix? Also, if I have to purchase a new one (WHM31017HS), would I need to replace the plate on the wall?
