QuestionOur power went out last night and now there is no light on the area where it shows the time, amount of usage time, etc. It still works as you can hear it count down and beeps when done? Is there a replaceable light in there. Outage may have caused this?

- Answer One would think so, but the new mounting bracket did not match up with my old whirlpool, not sure if same model as yours, so hope you have better luck!

QuestionWe have the Whirlpool Microwave WMH31017 HZ. It seems to top microwaving after 3-5 minutes of run time. The fan will continue to run but it is not cooking or heating the food? What would the fix be for this issue?

- Answer Hi Dave, we suggest trying to reboot the unit by either shutting it down at the breaker or unplugging it for 1 minute to 90 seconds. Try not to go over 90 seconds. - Answer Hello MicroMom, per the Installation Instructions, If installing the microwave oven near a left sidewall, make sure there is at least 6" (15.2 cm) of clearance between the wall and the microwave oven so that the door can open fully. We hope this helps.

- Answer Hello! Activate to practice using the control without actually turning on the magnetron. Touch and hold number pad “3” for about 3 seconds until a confirmation tone sounds, and “DEMO” icon lights up in the display. Repeat to deactivate.
