Why is my microwave not sucking air from the bottom?? null

Hi Jd, This could be caused by the fans on the appliance not working properly. If it continues we would recommend to contact service. We hope this helps.

I just bought my MW also, had it installed to vent outside but IT DOES NOT suck anything from the stovetop. Really disappointed. When i boil water, my whole MW drips with water. Have no clue what to do.
