No. The bottom of the unit rests on a bracket that is attached to the wall. The unit then is attached to the upper cabinet by 2 bolts, roughly ten inches from the wall.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will have to add some type of structure to bolt it to. it has a back-plate to hang it from the wall, but it also requires two bolts to hold it from above near the front; you need something to hold it up in the front.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can't. You need the the top front of the microwave to be screwed into the upper cabinet to bear the load. There is a bracket in the back but it is not designed to hold the microwave by itself.
