Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Always happen to mine too...this microwave is pretty nice when its working well but annoying when its not. Im even thinking of returning this one. But to solve your problem temporarily, you just have to unplug the power cord from the outlet and wait for 2mins before plugging it again.
