Ronnie's honey, great question. The microwave can be vented through the roof or out the back, and the motor will need to be adjusted to make this happen. All microwaves come with brackets for mounting and have a guide to help you. I have provided a copy of the installation guide as that is the best information I can provide you with to see if this model will work in your home. The mounting hardware consists of a long bracket that attaches to the wall. Aside from the unit being heavy (which makes it a 'two-man" job), it's fairly simple to install.

Had to reroute a gas line. Holes in cabinet went smooth enough. Out of the box it is set to recirculate. If you vent out the top or wall the blower has to be flipped. Not hard to do just 2 or 3 screws.

There are vents on the top in front that blow the air out during the convection feature. If you want to vent this you have to remove some covers and move the blower motor to a different position. This also comes with a mounting bracket.
