“The Freezer portion doesn’t seem to keep things as frozen as our large refrigerator and the freezer door pops open when we open the bottom door. Any suggestions ?”

Hello Freezer! We are terribly sorry to hear about your concern. We would recommend contacting Whirlpool at 800-253-1301. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8 AM - 8 PM and Wednesday through Friday 9 AM - 7 PM. They will be better able to assist you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy installed ours. When they first brought it in the door was popping open and he said no we haven’t finished installing it. Once they were done I have never had a problem with the doors. So probably a step missed in the installation. I have not had an issue with temp but could be a result of the door problem
