I can manage to carry a 5 gallon gas can. When the freezer is full it needs a significant pull and I suspect while you could manage it it would not be enjoyable to anticipate or do on a regular basis. A swing open bottom freezer might be better, because it doesn't carry the full mass of the freezer contents, but don't like the idea you might have to get near the floor to see what's in the freezer.
