“On the temperature control, which way makes it colder? A higher number or lower number? The manual does not cover this basic information and currently the refrigerator is at 44 degrees, which is too warm.”

Hello Homeowner, you will have to try and set the temperature control to the highest number. Please make sure that the number is at "7" for the coldest temperature for both control buttons. We hope this works out for you.
