“We just received our new refrigerator and was delivered and set up by Best Buy. I'm sure it is not leveled since everytime I open the door the refrigerator rolls away from the wall. I'm afraid this will eventually loosen the water line .”

Somebody forgot to twist down the stabilizing knobs that are next to the wheels. They hold the refrigerator in place. When you lower them make sure to level the refrigerator with a very slight backward tilt so when you shut the door it doesn’t pop back open.
