A:AnswerThey delivered my refrigerator. Can't guaranty the date they will deliver, but usually at the Best Buy website when you are perusing refrigerators, it will tell you when the next available delivery is.
A:AnswerThat information should be displayed once you click on item, but unfortunately you have to go all the way by where it says details and information scroll down and you'll see the height weight and whatever else you need to know. I don't know why they make it so complicated.
A:AnswerWhirlpool support is wrong here, the ECKMFEZ2 is not the correct ice maker. That ice maker has an 8 terminal electrical connection but this fridge has a 5 terminal. I talked to Whirlpool support and the correct model of ice maker is W11517113 despite what the manual says and what support is saying on this website. I bought that model and now it’s connected and working.
A:AnswerAppliance manufacturers design appliances to last just past the 1 year warranty. Gone are the days of dependable, long lasting appliances. They don't want them to last. They want to sell you a new one every 2 years.
A:AnswerThey took 4-5 days the deliver. And, set the delivery time for 12 to 4 pm. On the day of delivery. I actually rec'd a call saying they were ahead of schedule and wondered if it would be ok to deliver the fridge earlier than the time line given. They also added that they were aware that you might have previous plans that day. And, will still deliver during time scheduled. I opted for them to deliver ASAP. So make some free time in case. (I personally was happy they delivered it earlier.
