What causes items to freeze in the refrigerator? null

We had several items freezing in the middle shelves and bottom shelves of the refrigerator. Can you tell us what the issue is and why it is doing this seems the only Control is in the freezer and it set on normal if we turn it down, the freezer, doesn’t stay cold enough, what can we do to remedy this situation?

Hi Nothappy, this is an indication you may need to make a temperature adjustment. On page 12 of the Use and Care Guide for this model, on the right hand side, you will find the instructions on how to adjust the cooling down to bring up the temperature. This is most likely caused by the refrigerator compartment being too cold.
