“Anyone experience issues with the fridge staying cold? We got the first one replaced bc even set at 36, temps would get up to 43! Now on the second one and still set at 36 but temps up to 41????? Just bad luck or poor design?”

I just checked the temperature of mine and it is 43 when it is set on 37 degrees... just bought this refrigerator a month ago.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We just bought this model from a different store, and this is day 3, and the coolest the refrigerator has gotten is 43 (F) even with the setting set at 36 degrees (F). Now I'm getting concerned that this was a bad choice.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the exact same problem. I requested a replacement. I certainly hope the replacement one will be ok. I really love everything about this fridge except this huge problem! It doesn't make sense. These are not new technologies and Whirlpool usually makes excellent products. For the time being, I freeze ice packs and then put them in the fridge every 12 hours (wake up and bed time). A hassle but it is keeping the temperature down (but still not ideal).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I returned the fridge, got another one and SAME thing. We ended up returning the fridge and getting a Whirlpool french door counter depth- soooo much better, it is an awesome fridge that stays cold!
