Does the ice maker use filtered water? null

Yes it does, filter is located in the top right of the refrigerator compartment. My refrigerator works good, make sure you have dedicated 20amp circuit and use proper ice water line not cheap straddle valve with cheap skinny copper line, sweat in tee fitting with shut off 3/8 to 1/4 use stainless braided line to refrigerator.Don’t forget to secure the line also to refrigerator with clamp.
