“Minimum clearance from top of gas cook top and bottom of WHM53521HB model? Currently have a fan hood in place that is vented to the exterior. Do I need an adapter to vent to that exterior vent? Thanks Clint”

Please try again later.Not a pro at all with this kind of stuff, but I think I can help: We just installed ours a couple of weeks ago (super easy, don’t waste your money to have someone else do it - You Tube video worked just fine. Just have another set of hands around for the mounting). I believe it is a standard 60” clearance, but all are built to the same specs so if you have one currently, this one will be fine in that spot. The unit itself has everything you need for venting. Just a couple of extra steps to switch the blower from standard to external. Looked super easy in that respect as well.
