“what does standard installation and haul away mean..........is there a charge for these?”

My understanding standard installation was set-up. Included opening door preference, insert trays, delivered to 2nd story residence all for free. There was a haul away charge. Be advised my old refrigerator had a water hook-up for ice maker that new purchase didn't. Delivery guys won't touch water shut off or disconnect. So word to wise, verify installation if ice maker is needed.
