Q: QuestionOur ice maker doesn’t have an automatic shutoff arm. How does it know to shutoff when ice bin is full? We have style 2.

• A:Answer Hi! You can refer page 14 of the use and care guide for this model. It has a diagram of what it should look like. Here is the link to that document. https://bit.ly/3t5r3wb If the arm is missing and you do have style 2, the ice maker will not be able to shut off, and you may need to schedule service for the unit.

Q: QuestionAre the doors supposed to be slightly misaligned? If not, how do we correct that? The refrigerator door on ours is maybe a half or quarter incher higher than the freezer door.
