• No, do to the pandemic they did not even bring it in to the house. They just brought it up to my garage door and left.

• Yes, they do. Unfortunately for me, I still have no fridge. The first time it was damaged (had to upgrade to this model), had to re-schedule delivery, and new delivery date was affected by covid-19 and would only receive curbside delivery. As a result, I'm still waiting. Arghhh
