“We just got a new WRS321sdhz. 1. Does this model have crisper drawers/humidity control? The interiors seem foggy on the refrigerator side. 2. Are the freezer shelves removable?”

• Thanks, Whirlpool team. Glad to know that the answer is yes to both of my questions. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out which of the drawers is the crisper and how to remove or move the freezer shelves. The manual does not say anything about these points. Thanks in advance

• Hi NewFridge, this model is offered with one full width humidity controlled drawer and there are three adjustable full width adjustable shelves in the freezer section. We hope this helps!
