Hello Goose27! We would recommend referring to the Use and Care Guide for more information on how to level the appliance. You should be able to adjust the leveling legs behind the bottom grille. Thank you for your inquiry on our Whirlpool appliances.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can raise or lower the 'wheels' on the front. Check the instruction booklet on that. But something that they don't tell you, if you have the water line already hooked up to it and turned on, the second you popped that filter door open (so you can remove the front grill), the water will start to flow/leak out. So make sure that you either have some towels on hand or remember to clean them up afterward. Here's what I do in a nutshell: 1. Unscrewed the 2 screw that held the front grill at the base of the refrigerator. 2. Using a very thin metal ruler, stuff 2-3 thin towels under where the filter is (make sure that you push them far enough that it would be 'under' the connection is at (the filter is about 8" in length) but not too far so that you can pull the towel back out (dont use paper towel). This should catch the water that will spill out when you pop that filter door open. 3. Loosen the grill (read and watch the direction in the instruction booklet), as you are ready, pop open the filter door, slide the grill over it and then quickly close the filter door back. 4. Now, using a nut driver (sorry, I dont remember the size but it's in the instruction booklet), turn the wheel leveling nut that is either on the right or the left side of the refrigerator - depending on which side you trying to raise/lower to even both side. 5. Once leveled, put the grill back on by reversing the direction from above. Remember this is to LOWER or RAISE the side of the refrigerator and not to lower or raise the door itself.I believe you can raise/lower the door themselves without removing the grill itself. I haven't tried that myself so I'm not 100% certain though. Good luck.
