MARCUS, we can only suggest trying to reset the controls to the Refrigerator. To do this, either turn off your homes circuit breaker to the Refrigerator or unplug the unit at the outlet for 1-2 minutes. If this does not resolve the issue, we would recommend contacting Whirlpool Customer Service at 1-800-253-1301 between 8am-8pm EST Monday through Friday.
