Hello I sorry I can not answer your question because we have not had that problem with our product. It does not move unless we move it manually. Is your product on a flat service or does the floor have an angle to it? If that is the problem just place a peace of wood like a shim in front of the front wheels and taht she keep it from moving until you want to move it. I hope this suggestion helps you.
