• 'Cold' can be relative, but yes, our unit dispenses cold water.

• I've noticed that if the water dispenser hasn't been used recently then sometimes the water isn't cold till it runs for a bit..I always fill up a gallon jug and keep it in the fridge anyway so the water temp doesn't bother me..
