“we had this delivered and setup about 2 weeks ago and the ice maker has never gotten past a quarter full. It makes ice just very slowly. Is there a setting or timmer somewhere to increase the output? This is really disappointing.”

Jgore61, please make sure that the Water Filter is installed properly. If you need further assistance, please call Whirlpool at 866-698-2538. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. They will be better able to assist you.
