• There is no Ice Maker that you can put in the Freezer.

• I suggest calling Whirlpool for clarification. I don't believe/ wasn't aware of an ice maker in the freezer section. My water line goes to the ice maker in the top portion. Information should be available in manual form on line through Whirlpool.

• Inside the French door of the refrigerator is the ice maker. There is no ice maker you can install in the freezer.
