I had this issue with the first one I received. It arrived wet inside even thought all the packaging and paperwork were inside and it seemed new/unused. I was told by a Best Buy customer service agent that it may have been one of the random units tested by Whirlpool before it was shipped out. I used that unit for about a week while I waited for the replacement because of a cracked instrument panel at the top and had the same issue with the unit not fully drying the dish ware. The second I received works much better in terms of the drying and I’ve had no issues.
