Is this unit self cleaning? null

Self cleaning caused my unit to break,. the unit started displaying F5 E1 Error Code also, at some point we smelled something burning, i checked and it turned out the door latch has melted. 5 months later and whirlpool has failed to repair it. it is siting home callecting dust. worst whirlpool customer service, excuse after excuse, they do not want to admit it is a design flaw. search online to see how many consumers affected by this, what a shame whirlpool. never goning to buy whirlpool again
