A:Answer The ice maker is the WORST part about this fridge. The auger busted w/I the first few months. And, since it’s in the door and not the freezer, the ice, which is about the size of a grape, if that, melts because it’s constantly warmer and freezes in clumps and causes the whole bin to freeze. I use ice every day. This should not be happening. The drawer is impossible to remove and has been an issue since day one. We just can’t use it anymore and I’m not paying another fee for a service call just to have them out here again. My mothers Whirlpool lasted decades. I doubly this will make it half a decade at this rate.
