“I put my setting on "heat dry", not "extended dry" yet my dishes and stuff still seem fairly wet. I set it to go about 9:00PM and don't open it again until 7:00AM. Does anyone else have this happen or is it just my unit.?”

• Hello, JimdNH Your dishwasher is designed to use rinse aid for improved drying performance. Rinse aid improves drying and reduces water spots and filming. Water "sheets" off dishes rather than forming water droplets that cling and leave spots. Rinse Aid can also help your dishwasher retain less moisture on the interior walls and door.
