“What is the meaning of the FULL / EMPTY in the Rinse Indicator? Is there a light that's supposed to go on when it's empty? And if that's the case, shouldn't the light have been ON when the dishwasher was installed? I haven't seen one.”

• It is not light per say. The indicator goes dark when full, and is lighter when empty. Hope it helps

• Hi LUISA, the Rinse Aid Indicator is like a window and you should be able to see the level of the Rinse Aid. When it about 2/3 of the way down in the circle, it's time to refill the Dispenser. It's on page 1 of the Quick Reference Guide that came with the unit if you would like to review the literature. We hope this helps.
