My dinner plates are 11". Will they fit? null

Yes. They should fit the standard rack configuration. Nonetheless, the top rack can be adjusted up or down by about an inch either way. I wouldn’t do the up/down adjustment every other day since I’m not 100% sure on the fixtures (it’s a click-in and pull-out situation), but it gives you options for something like a regular plate height.
