It is not a cutting board top. It’s a type of synthetic laminate some times used on kitchen counters. It should not be used for anything that you wouldn’t use your kitchen counter for. You definitely wouldn’t want to use a knife to cut anything on this top because that would damage it. I don’t know if this answer is what your looking for because you didn’t ask a question.
