“The second/middle rack on my dishwasher seems to be stuck or locked and won’t fully pull out from dishwasher. The bottom shelf works fine. Is there a lock feature?”

• I would check to make sure you have all of the packing material removed. it may still have some tape on it from the shipping that must be removed
