“Whenever I use rinse aid with this dishwasher, it uses all the rinse aid in 3 or fewer wash cycles. The manual says that I should only be refilling the rinse aid once every 1 to 3 months depending on usage. Is this a known issue with this model?”

Hello! There is a lever located near the Rinse Aid compartment, please make sure that it is not set up to release the highest amount. As this will make your Rinse aid go faster.
