I think if it's still under warranty you should call the manufacturer and they should be able to help you out, I had Samsung perform home service for my refrigerator under manufacturer warranty.

The warranty does not cover travel or transportation expenses for service in remote locations where an authorized Whirlpool servicer is not available.
