“I run the dishwasher on normal mode. Dishwasher has only been used twice. It does not drain when the cycle is over. What am I doing wrong.”

Hello MrClean. Please make sure that there are no kinks in the drain hose. If you need further assistance, please call Whirlpool at 800-253-1301. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. They will be better able to assist you.
