Can you please tell me if this model was supposed to come with a deli drawer? Mine was delivered yesterday and the rails are there for the drawer, but no drawer was delivered with the unit. (which is very basic by the way.) null

Mine came with 2 drawers (meat keeper and fruit/vegetable drawer) but no deli drawer although, as you observed, there are rails.

Yes. There are two clear drawers at the bottom of the refrigerator side.
